Rabbit Flat, Happy Valley

Castlemaine Landcare Group has received funding from the Mount Alexander Shire Community Grants program to restore the area known as "Rabbit Flat", at the junction of Moonlight Creek and Forest Creek in Happy Valley.

The funding will be used to remove blackberry and gorse, control rabbits and revegetate the area. The project will start early in 2009.
